iCAMS is an acronym for Integrated Campus Asset Management Strategy. iCAMS is the blending of the best of breed IWMS solutions with leading edge business processes designed to bring about defensible strategies with sustainable business results to the institutions and organizations that implement it. The term iCAMS was coined by Anthony Stack in 2006. Anthony formed BeyondFM Consulting to assist clients implement iCAMS.
Anthony is a 25 year veteran of the Corporate Real Estate and Higher Education Facilities Management market space and has functioned in numerous executive, technical and consulting roles. He has been engaged by many G500 clients, governments, Universities and Colleges throughout the world to develop sustainable portfolio and workplace strategies that align physical infrastructure with service need.
Over the past decade, Anthony has been actively engaged in the Higher Education space providing IWMS/ iCAMS advisory services and has worked with Institutions to develop strategic plans that predict facility demand based on demographic and educational trends in turn developing “green” life cycle strategies for new and repurposed facilities.
Anthony’s background is a blend of research and analytics which combined with lateral thinking allows him to provide clients with innovative and cost effective strategies that improve any organizations competitive advantage.
Anthony is a native of Perth, Australia and spent the first 20 years of his working life in Sydney Australia, before emigrating to the US in 1997 to consult to NationsBank (BoA), First Union, Core State and Wachovia on facilities asset strategy, CRE organizational design and operational management. He has advanced degrees in Architecture, Facilities Management and Design Science and is a certified Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate.
